Elaphiti Islands

A chain of small, car-free islands northwest of Dubrovnik, the best known being Koločep, Lopud and Šipan. Popular day-trip destinations reachable by ferry or organised boat tours, they offer quiet pine-shaded villages, clear water for swimming and relaxed seafood restaurants away from the crowds of the mainland.
