Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette ends safely.

Please avoid smoking or vaping outdoors too

We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking or vaping on the terrace, balconies and in the garden too, so smoke and odours don't drift indoors or bother other guests.

Pets

Rules for guests travelling with pets, including where pets are allowed and owners' responsibilities.

Must

For hygiene and the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.

Kitchen

Guidelines for using kitchen appliances and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy after cooking.

Empty the bin when it is full

Please take out the rubbish when the bin is full to keep the kitchen fresh and free of odours.

Turn off appliances after use

Must

Always switch off the stove, oven and hob when you finish cooking. This prevents fire hazards and saves energy.

Keep the fridge tidy

Please store food in sealed containers and remove your items before checkout so the fridge stays clean for the next guest.

Safety & emergencies

Important safety information, emergency contact numbers and the location of first-aid and fire equipment.

We are not responsible for valuables, money or documents

Must

We do not assume responsibility for the possible disappearance or loss of your valuables, money or documents.

No weapons or flammable materials

Must

Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.

Report any malfunction or damage immediately

Must

Please immediately report any malfunction, damage or fault in the accommodation unit, inventory or installations to the host.

Owner may enter in emergencies

Must

In exceptional circumstances and when a guest is away, the owner may enter the apartment/room to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner will inform the guest of any such entry at the first opportunity.

Energy & water

Please help us conserve energy and water by switching off lights and air conditioning when leaving the house.

The pool light switches off automatically at 23:00 and the pool area lights at 01:00. For safety, the contour lights stay on until sunrise.

The lights are on a timer, so there is nothing for you to do — pathways stay safely lit through the night.

Turn off the air conditioning when doors or windows are open.

Running the AC with open doors or windows wastes a lot of energy and can damage the unit.

Switch off the AC and lights when you leave the unit.

Please turn off air conditioning, lights and other appliances when leaving, so we don't waste energy on an empty home.

Help us save water.

Please take shorter showers and turn off taps when not in use — fresh water is a precious resource on the coast.

Parking

Where to park your vehicle and any rules for using the parking spaces at the property.

Park considerately so everyone fits

Parking is unmarked, so please park neatly and close together to leave room for everyone, and avoid blocking other vehicles.
